Muñe: An Indie Rock Opera was my senior project built around the concept of "an exploration in performance art and capturing its best qualities in video." Muñe premiered as part of UT Austin's Cohen New Works Festival.
We worked in a very small team due to COVID restrictions: Cameryn Patterson as Costume Designer, Aly Gomaa as Video Editor, and me as Audio Engineer, Performer, Set Designer, and Director of Photography. I wrote 6 original songs and recorded them all in my bedroom. I then mixed and mastered them in ProTools. I designed the set and lighting and filmed it alone in my bedroom.
